An excellent opportunity is offered with this boat. She is a beautifully built 40-footer. Professionally constructed in Kauri Pine. The quality in the fit-out is easily recognised. Well suited for Ocean liveaboard and long-range cruising. Her sloop rig with optional cutter, was replaced new in approx 2010. There is a well-protected centre cockpit. The layout provides a spacious aft cabin with island double with a generous saloon, and a cozy double cabin fwd. There are two heads with a separate shower aft. The engine is a Volvo with sail drive. On deck, she is in need of much cleaning and detailing. The teak deck presents poorly, its in need of a 'shave' and selected routing for new Sikaflex.
