Flica 37, fully capable offshore vessel that has loads of charm and character.

I have spent the last 4 years sailing the boat from the Carribean, through the Panama canal, doing laps around the South Pacific. Extremely sturdy reliable vessel. Boats back in 1989 where built thick and strong with less skimping on materials. Its rare to find a boat thats fulll fiberglass and not cored below the waterline.
It has in mast furling and all the lines run back to the cockpit - very easy for single handling.
With less than 0.8m draft its the perfect vessell to enjoy inshore queensland if your not quite ready to set out into the Pacific!
Reliable windlass with a remote switch that can be operated from the helm.
Very spacious boat insiide for its size with a large galley, 2 spacious queen cabins and 2 smaller aft cabins.
The boat is set up for blue water sailing with a reliable watermaker, lots of spare parts and a sturdy frame.
Vessel is fully water tight with no leaky windows/hatches. Dry bilges!
Both engines have been recently serviced, new antifoul applied, all seacocks checked and replaced to skin fittings where required, lower leg seals in saildrives changed & oil. Main diaphram between saildrive and engine is around 3 years old so plenty of life left. Top deck recently painted and several hatches replaced.
Bad Points*
Before hatches where replaced you can see signs of water ingress although the timber is still solid.
Depending on the buyer, they may want to spend some more time on the interior. I started to renovate the inside, sanding and varnishing but a new owner may want to give it more love and adapt it to there style.

Both engines have been changed since the boat was launched. I am unsure of the exact dates but one is around ten years old and the other slightly older. The tacometer screen so unable to read hours.
Both engines have been very well maintained and recently serviced. They start on the button and run without fault. They are very easy to work on and come with spare parts.

Ray marine st60/70 system with a depth sounder, speed, wind vane and type 1 linear drive ram controlled by a smartpilot x10. All intergrated together and works perfectly. The screens outside are slightly weathered so I installed a tridata screen that shows all the data perfecty. Because the autopilot is intergrated into the wind vane you can steer to wind or to a bearing.
