'Hummingbird' is one of a handful of Yamahas in Australia as most were snapped up in the USA & Canada.
She is a strong and reliable cruiser that has been seriously upgraded to near new standards.
Trips to the Whitsundays and Lizard Island have been memorable. We have had some great times, sailing and cruising around the islands and reefs & meeting other yachties along the way.
Hummingbird is a pleasure to sail with all rigging to the cockpit. But if you are feeling lazy you can always put her on auto pilot.
We have had many days where we have enjoyed swimming and snorkelling from the duckboard, followed by a freshwater shower and relaxing in her generous cockpit watching the sunset. (There's always a Gin & Tonic on board. )
At the end of the day it's been great to retire to the saloon, drop the table, dine and then relax back. Watch TV or a DVD if you feel like it. This will be an outstanding buy to live the dream & cruise to your hearts content.
Previously owners are in the marine service industry and it was their family boat for 8 years. While in their hands the boat has had 3 rebuilds since they owned it. One full strip and repaint, everything, mast off, new rigging and many external items replaced, Two consecutive internals over the years. The boat is vinylester built. (no Osmosis!!

The interior of the boat is stunning with beautiful polished teak & cream fabric tones.
The layout starts with a V Berth in the bow. Head/vanity/shower & cupboard to the sides. Large Main Saloon, drop down table, with large comfortable berths either side. Galley, fridge, and double sink on one side and chart table on the other, plus rear quarterberth. Lots of easy access storage for longer cruising or day sailing.
The engine has been upgraded and runs like a charm. Full Engine service September 2023. All filters, belts, impeller and fuel lines replaced.
Rigorous maintenance and checks completed before sailing to Lizard Island in September 2023.
Currently berthed in Half Moon Bay Marina in Yorkeys Knob. Just north of Cairns. BERTH AVAILABLE. 20 years.
