This proven Rocket 37" racing yacht is ideal for competitive sailors and leisure sailors a like Designed by the legendary Jim Young (NZ) boat designer. Zig Zag is a 37" scaled up version of a Rocket 31. The beam has a narrow waterline accommodating more crew and acts as a lever over the water whilst maintaining the smallest waterline possible. It is a one of a kind, custom built Rocket 37 with a successful racing history at the Royal Melbourne Yacht Club (RMYC) and Port Macquarie Yacht Club (PMYC). It raced weekly with the Port Macquarie Yacht club winning many inshore and offshore races. It is very manoeuvrable, easy to sail, very competitive and very fast down wind.
