Zeston 40 Pilothouse

Zefr 2 is a Zeston 40 Pilot House with an Adams designed hull and built by the Buizen brothers in Sydney. We have cruised the East coast of NSW and Queensland and found the boat to be incredibly comfortable and easy to handle, even singlehanded due to the furling headsail and in mast furling mainsail, as well as 80HP engine. The pilothouse with inside steering station means that you have the option of being inside on comfortable lounges while passage making. Includes a double v berth cabin and second cabin with bunk berths. Inside and outside shower. Spacious cockpit which can seat up to eight people, with a fold down table for drinks and nibbles.

Length 12.19 metres, beam 3.76 metres, boat displacement 8,182 kilograms and max boat draft 1.86 metres. Craftsman CM4 engine: 80 hp, engine hours - 500. Fuel tank capacity of 400 litres, cruising speed of six knots. Max speed is eight knots. 400 litres of fresh water.
Includes many spare sails and spinnakers for light wind sailing and racing.

Boat was slipped in September 2025, two coats of antifoul applied, new anodes, engine alignment checked. Brightwork or timber also oiled.
