This wonderfully spacious trimaran was designed by John Glennie from New Zealand and built by his brother David Glennie in the Peach Orchard in Sydney.
Janzsia is a very strong and well built trimaran. She is very seaworthy and has sailed the South Pacific. She is Australian Registered. On her maiden ocean voyage to New Zealand she encountered and survived a cyclone which claimed 2 other vessels.
This boat is an ideal cruiser or liveaboard option with so much storage space you can cruise for lengths at a time.
The main cabin is open and roomy, with a double bed on one side of a centre walkway, with a dining table (can seat 6) and single berth, and more storage in drawers and below seats. Under the table is a 300 litre icebox which could easily be converted to eutectic refrigeration. A "V" berth is forward beyond the shower compartment and head.
There is a good size well-equipped galley, again with ample storage space.
One of the benefits of Janzsia is that she has a seperate engine room, taking up the space of what was once an extra cabin.
The current owners have enjoyed many years sailing her, continuing the necessary maintenance, so she is in above average condition and ready for new sailing adventures.
Janzsia has some great history and connections, being a sister ship to the Rose-Noelle, a great story on survival... Come along, book your inspection and prepare to be amazed by this fantastic rare trimaran.
