Witchetty II, a 2018 ARVOR 555 Sportfish is a serious fishing platform in a compact and towable package. Measuring 5.5 metres overall it has a regularly serviced 115 HP Mercury Pro-XS engine and a new 2024 trailer registered until February 2027. Witchetty is a good family boat with a fully enclosed lockable cabin for protection from the elements and high sides at the back making it especially safe for kids. Witchetty was antifouled in January so can be moored at a marina for convenience. The Mercury engine can easily be tilted forward to be completely out of the water. The cabin has a pilot and co-pilot pedestal seats and can easily fit the removable middle jump seat for a third adult, plus 2 seats outside at the stern. The cabin also has a V-berth that can sleep 2 adults as well as opening side windows and a back sliding lockable door with curtains for privacy and quiet. The cabin is off-centred to allow passage to the front of the boat for fishing.
