Caribbean 24 Flybridge Sports Fisherman
The 24 Flybridge goes very well both in performance as well as keeping the whole family happy, with lots of deck space and practicalities for a comfortable weekend away and an awesome platform for extended range fishing if you desire. Historically the older C23Fly was on a steel trailer, and the advent of aluminium trailers around 2005 allowed Caribbean to build the 24 foot and grow from 2.5m to 2.7m wide and from 150 to 300 litres of fuel and stay under 3.5Ton in weight, being a 24ft boat makes the ease of being able to beach anchor at Rotto for days and nights. This boat is set up well with lithium batteries for the house and a good size solar panel so you can run a decent fridge / freezer to keep the food and bevies at the ready!
I have enjoyed my time with this weapon of boat with very good sea capabilities and liveaboard features the perfect size boat to spend a long weekend at Rotto and have the flexibility to bring the rig home on its quality 4.5T ACE Aluminium trailer, so no mooring costs. If you dont want this trailer and want to store in a racking facility or in a marina berth on blocks or in a seapen, then you will easily get $17-20k for this trailer, bringing the price of the boat down.
The boat has just been to Rottnest at the start of march spending four days enjoying the bays and heading out wide to the fads to chase the pelagic fish - LET LOOSE is a super capable boat in all conditions and would suit a buyer looking to have the big boat feel without having the cost of a big boat.
For the rare few that dont know just how good a CARIBBEAN rides in the rough, then please be informed officially that these are hulls are very hard to beat, safe and comfortable boating at its best in a CARIBBEAN.
