1986 Cole 23. Sound boat on a solid hot dipped 4 wheel trailer, with new tyres and brakes that will have a new RWC. The trailer has a combined guide rail/ladder that provides a mast steady for single handed stress-free mast raising using the trailer winch. The trailer also has a fold back 3m tow socket extension for shallow ramps.
The head sails comprising No 1 (Genoa), No 2 Jib and No 3 a storm sail, hank onto a rotating forestay for easy furling. There is also a symmetrical spinnaker. The out board, which starts and runs well, has a quick release/attach pushrod to the rudder at the correct radius to combine rudder and motor steering.
I have found in one sailbag a complete weather proof cover for use with the poptop raised. This probably need new poppers, zips and a small patch. (See photos).
Have opened up hydraulic keel housing - ram and keel fixings in good condition, will leave open for inspection
