Custom 4.8m trailable monohull

This is a unique but professionally designed and built plate aluminium boat. These plumb bow boats were originally designed in 2021 for a client living in Zambia, Africa. The first boat was a 5.8m version (video of this boat operating available on request). In Africa these boats are known as "Flatdog" boats, named after the local name for a crocodile. After the success of the original 5.8m boats it was asked if I could then design a smaller 4.8m version. I liked this boat a lot myself and thought it would be a good introduction to boating for my family. Something it did well but with my "kids" now grown up it is not used as much as it should be and is ready for a new owner.
This is not a specialist hard core fishing boat but it does many things really well:

o Coastal fishing for crabs, squid or whiting is so easy. The side console provides great casting space and the 630mm high gunwales make the boat feel really secure
o With the 70hp Yamaha outboard (51 hours only) top speed is 30 knots and cruising at 20 knots gives amazing fuel efficiency
o Wake boarding and skurfing on the river is great fun
o Swimming and then re-boarding via the aft deck is so easy
o Rottnest is a destination we have taken the boat several times but I will admit good weather makes the trip home a lot dryer
o The boat has all the required offshore safety gear, including foam floatation, EPIRB, flares, lifejackets, VHF, etc
o The trailer was new with the boat. A Move branded alloy one that makes launching and towing so simple. A big tow car is not needed for this boat
o With up to 5x people onboard the stability of this boat is outstanding. Some of this is because the boat doesn't have a large sun canopy but one can easily be added
