Beautiful hand-made 18 foot (5.49metres) trailer sailer, 'Teepookana' was designed by Australian boat designer, David Payne. Build to plans was meticulously carried out by engineer. Am only 3rd owner and have original plans and documentation of build process. In excellent structural condition and professional re-painting of hull also in excellent condition. Decking and deck timbers are being professionally repainted ready for new owner. Electric motor (Torqueedo Travel 1005) is in good condition with battery replaced recently. Sails in fair condition. Easy boat to sail and very forgiving for novice sailers. Drop-down keel makes it an ideal boat for lakes, rivers and estuaries. Cabin is remarkable for a boat of this size and very comfortable for family weekends on the lake or river. Cabin includes stove & toilet and sleeps 2x adults + 2x children or 3x adults. Mast-mate system permits mast raising and lowering by single person. Trailer is registered and in fair condition with both motor or hand winches. Must sell and will consider all reasonable offers.
