We aren't sure how Formosa "measure" their boats, as a result, we have deliberately placed it on the sales display yard away from many 510 / 540 and 585 competitor models as its simply dwarfs them in comparison!

Volume, volume and volume, check out the beam, internal freeboard, room for and aft of the console and the presence this hull exudes with 4mm bottom and topsides! Allowing plenty of room to fish comfortably.

We all desire four stroke economy and reliability, this hull is powered by a Yamaha 115Hp F115XB that was upgraded from a standard 90Hp Yamaha at the time of order, delivering exceptional performance and backed with Yamaha's known reliability.

The Yamaha has also been JCM workshop tested prior to sale and is fuelled by approx. A 110L underfloor fuel tank providing huge range, steering is made light as the rig has also been upgraded with an Ultraflex hydraulic steering system.

Further, the Yamaha has been workshop serviced prior to listing for sale and is backed with a BIA post sale warranty - why risk buying privately?

The helm is comfortable with a twin seat box for two people to enjoy being at the helm, freshly recovered including the flip back, back rest as pictured. The dash is well laid out with 2 Yamaha engine gauges, a Lowrance HDS 12" colour screen combo GPS/Sounder unit that links to a "side view transducer.

Overhead on the underside of the hard top, neatly installed is a GME VHF radio and atop the hard top / T-Top is finished with an overhead 6 rod storage rack and folds down on hinges if storage height is an issue.

Centre Consoles are all about fishing, and the transom area on this Formosa is very well set up! Quality bait prep table with a tank under to keep the livies (not recirculating), includes 4 rod holders - great design Formosa!

The "V2 Plate" hull is the upgraded version that has a X 4 Quad chamber water ballast system. This design enables the chambers to fill with water when at rest that in turn lowers the centre of gravity and increases lateral stability. Then as you power up the water freely drains and reduces weight for fuel economy.

The rig is trailered on a workshop refurbished and freshly serviced single axle Dunbier 5.3CHD trailer fitted with new light truck tyres, new wheel bearings, new brake discs, new brake pads, cable and turn buckle... Extensively serviced and provides you with on road towing confidence.

This model from Dunbier also makes retrieving at the ramp a simple affair and for the experienced boatie will allow them to drive on and off at the ramp with the V-loader design.
