If you're chasing a proven offshore hull with a brand-new boat fit-out, look no further. We have more photos coming soon. Dont miss out on this one. Total investment is close to $180k
Some of the finest shipwrights and fabricators have combined their skills in this Smuggler 630 rebuild. This is believed to be a 1980s Smuggler. Boats from this era retained the deepest deadrise hull of any production boat on the market -- an incredible 30 degrees, to be precise. She was in great original condition and has been a 50-knot boat since new.
The previous owner loved it so much he committed to a full, no-expense-spared rebuild. Everything is new, custom-designed, and hand-made for this one-off vessel. She's built for the hardcore fisherman, spearo, or adventurer. The Smuggler hull carries a big reputation, and this one is a cut above the rest.
This boat was finished with no expense spared and with no intention of selling. She has only been on the water once -- for photos. Circumstances have changed and, sadly, she must go.
Check out the lines and finish on her -- completed to a superyacht standard. When we launched the boat for photos, the first two people who saw it were both in awe and commented on how incredible she looked.
The hull is the traditional Smuggler 630 hull and topsides. The bow has been modified to house the Viper drum anchor winch, bowsprit, and stainless anchor. Moving aft, the windscreen is a brand-new custom design offering greater protection from the elements when heading offshore.
The deck has been cleared of the old seat boxes, bench seat, and eskies, and minimised seat pedestals now support comfortable custom "Smuggler" embroidered seats. At the rear of the deck, there is a massive Yeti esky with cover and rear gunwale cushion. The esky can be removed for even more deck space.
The vessel has undergone a full rewire -- simple, clean, and top quality was the motto throughout. Even the custom bimini was hand-made and built to perfection. Under the floor sits a brand-new 340L fuel tank. With a new Mercury 250hp on the back, the range is impressive -- regardless of how quickly you want to get there.
The deck is finished in EVA Core. If you haven't seen it before, it's worth looking up. Many high-end boats globally are now using this locally made product -- and it's easy to see why.
