Boatservices Australia draws on well over 30 years experience in all facets of boating. Officially launched in 1995, Boat Services Australia provides services to the entire marine industry.
Boatservices Australia [BSA] came about from the need for a professional customer focused boat management service. Since 1995 BSA has grown from providing basic works and cleaning into a multi faceted, professional and complete marine service company.
With the support of suppliers locally, throughout Australia and overseas BSA prides itself with the knowledge that it can provide professional services to all areas within the marine industry, from the private boat owner to commercial and superyacht operators.
In 2004 BSA undertook partnerships with marine brokers in the USA, with our main dealership now in Maryland we offer a local buying service that has seen some 50 personal imports arrive both in Perth and the East Coast over the past 3 years. We have agreements in place with shippers who can ship between 10’ and 120’ and all boats are professionally surveyed prior to sale.
Responsible for the direction, management and day to day running of BSA, are brothers Rohan and Jamie Lewis. With backgrounds in professional sailing, management, the Royal Australian Navy and having qualifications held within the company of Ocean Yachtmaster, Master V and Coastal Skipper, together with an association with boats and the water from an early age ensures good grounding, knowledge and service delivery to their customers, either on the water, in our workshop or on site.
