Description: Beneteau First 27 SE
The First 27 is a powerful, towable sports fun cruiser racer packed with potential.

Designed by renowned naval architect Sam Manuard and featuring a hard chine as far as the stem, vertical sides, a good beam on the waterline and twin rudders, she has all the makings of a robust competitive boat. The cockpit is spacious and comfortable and has two-foot chocks over the full length. With a manually operated hydraulic jack to lift the keel, sheis very easy to tow.

The Beneteau First 27 SE brings high-tech performance from the cutting edge of offshore mini racing into the recreational sailors' hands. She delivers the sort of extraordinary sailing performance previously reserved for professional racers and millionaires!

SAFE

The Beneteau First 27 SE has superb seaworthiness, as a result from Sam Manard's uncompromising design, her
cutting-edge build technology and her many safety features: three separated watertight chambers,
swinging keel system in case of grounding and large bow volume with crash box.

SUPER FAST

The First 27 SE is a real high-performance planing sailboat, easily achieving thrilling double-digit speeds and
delivering an incomparable sailing experience, as a result of her modern design and her build technologies.

TRAILERABLE

Sitting low on the trailer due to her hydraulically operated swinging keel, light structure, beam just below
the width limit and light carbon mast, she is wholly trailerable, opening up new cruising and racing opportunities.

SAILING

Planing at double-digit speeds is easier than ever. The First 27 promises a thrilling ride.
She sources her performance from a modern hull design and light but stiff vacuum-infused hull construction.
Her hull with very high initial stability and deep lead-bulb keel cope with her carbon rig and large square-top mainsail without a backstay or runners.
All the power is nothing if you can't manage it- well-thought cockpit ergonomics, no runners and balanced twin-rudder steering system all empower the crew. No matter if you're sailing solo, doublehanded or fully crewed, the First 27 SE will reward you with a seriously fun sailing experience.

LIVING ONBOARD

First 27 SE is the only B category trailerable 8m boat on the market with a fully functional interior.

What might look minimalistic is an extremely weight sensitive interior, where all components also function as part of the boat structure. She can accommodate up to 6 adults, two in a separate bow cabin, and 4 in the saloon.

Thanks to innovative magnetic doors, the mid-section of the boat can be converted into a proper marine toilette, front cabin extension or
"wet-room" for kite drops.

The interior also offers crew bags for personal belongings, a fridge option, foldable table and sail-locker.

Combined with other practicalities, these make her an ultimate adventure cruiser. All the interior is modular, so one can quickly empty it and reduce weight for when you're ready to go racing.
