Alexander Marine Australia are pleased to present the 2006 Princess 21m Motor Yacht 'Crush' to the market as central agents.
'Crush' is an elegant flybridge motor yacht that seamlessly combines refined British craftsmanship with confident performance. Built by the highly regarded Princess Yachts and launched in 2006, she offers a comfortable and spacious layout along with clean, elegant lines that remain as appealing today as ever. Well known for their solid build quality and owner-friendly operation, this Princess model offers generous accommodation, excellent natural light throughout, and a proven hull design suited to a wide range of conditions, making her an ideal choice for both relaxed coastal entertaining and extended time on the water.
Boarding the vessel is made easy by stepping onto her sizable teak-laid hi/lo swim platform. Just three steps up via dual access off the hi/lo swim platform you enter the spacious teak-laid cockpit complete with a generously sized moulded aft settee set around a table. The overhead boat deck provides a good level of shade for those who want protection from the elements which is perfect for our warmer climates. Additionally, a customised and removable shade bimini extends aft of the cockpit and over the hi/lo swim platform, offering even more shade and comfort outdoors.
As you move into the saloon through the stainless steel sliding glass door you enter a refined entertaining haven which flows seamlessly from the cockpit being on the same level. The saloon offers generous headroom and a bright, airy ambiance provided by expansive windows. Soft furnishings are complemented by carpeted flooring adding further comfort. With two distinct opposing seating areas to the port and starboard sides and a flat-screen TV, you'll have plenty of space to relax and entertain.
The U-shaped galley is conveniently situated up one step and to starboard in the forward part of the saloon, making meal preparation and serving a breeze all the while not being disconnected from your guests. Her galley appliances included a Vitrifrigo upright fridge & freezer, Neff four element electric cooktop and a Panasonic Inverter microwave. Opposite the galley, you'll find the portside U-shaped dinette lounge and a table, perfect for relaxed gatherings and enjoying meals together.
The captain will appreciate the lower helm station from which the boat can be operated in a climate-controlled environment, and again, without being disconnected from what your guests are doing. The lower helm is complete with new Raymarine electronics. Departure or returning to the dock is made easier thanks to a Yacht Controller wireless docking remote and her hydraulic bow & stern thrusters. For ease of access out onto the side deck, and great natural ventilation when required, the helm door out onto the starboard side deck is a handy feature.
Centreline steps adjacent to the helm lead down to the lower deck accommodation. The accommodation provides four very generous guest cabins, four heads and one crew cabin. Midships is the full-beam master with a walkaround king size bed, a lounge to starboard, a large desk area to port, and a private ensuite. Forward is a spacious VIP stateroom that offers a queen bed and private ensuite. To starboard is the guest cabin with double bed with private access to a shared ensuite which doubles as the yacht's day head. Lastly, to port is the twin guest cabin featuring single over and under berths. A convenient new Electrolux Washer & Dryer Combo Machine is located in the accommodation companionway below. Under the cockpit sole she is equipped with a convenient crew cabin.
Access to the flybridge is made possible from both a cockpit staircase or via a curved staircase from the saloon. This spacious area offers panoramic views and ample seating to enjoy them. The centreline forward helm provides the captain and guests with unobstructed visibility of their voyage. The new bespoke flybridge helm station includes additional fridges, two new helm chairs and new Raymarine electronics. For entertaining up top you will find a generous U-shaped lounge settee extending to the helm, complete with a convenient drink cooler compartment nestled between the seating and a fibreglass table. Don't worry about the elements; the fully lined fixed Stamoid roof ensures total comfort for guests on the flybridge, with the area kept perfectly climate-controlled by air conditioning. Stored on the overhead boat deck is a BRIG 3.2m RIB powered by a Honda 40hp which is easily launched via the hydraulic davit. Also carried on the hi/lo swim platform is a Sea-Doo RXT-X RS Jet Ski, providing an additional layer of fun and versatility for guests looking to enjoy high-performance watersports.
The engine room is accessed via the cockpit through the integrated door in the staircase. She is powered by twin MTU 1360hp Shaft Drive engines, ensuring reliable and spirited performance. Away from the dock your onboard power requirements are satisfied by her two new Onan 27 KW & 7 KW generators including powering the air-conditioning throughout the vessel.
Her current owners have undertaken extensive refurbishments, preventative maintenance, and system upgrades (with receipts available during their ownership). A full-time skipper ensures 'Crush' is immaculately maintained, beautifully presented, and always ready to go - just step aboard and enjoy!
