The Sunseeker Manhattan 60 is one of Sunseeker's most popular models. Exclusively for sale with DBY Boat Sales, this immaculate 2007 model Sunseeker 60 in owner's version layout has low engine hours circa 690 and has been heavily upgraded in the last two years so she is truly a turn key boat.

Known for its spectacular layout, she showcases a beautiful newly refurbished 2025 interior with contemporary styling. The light and bright interior has abundant natural light from large windows and is an easy space to move around through big open plan design and stacker doors to the cockpit which open her up to be an entertainer's delight. Most of the internal carpets have just been renewed (late 2025). The upholstery in the cabins and main salon area presents like new.

The hydraulic swim platform adds around 5 ft in length to her 60 feet and is the perfect sun deck close to "or in" the water as it is hydraulically submersible. It is easily large enough to support a big volume tender and outboard or jet ski which lowers into the water for you. How nice is that, no heavy lifting. A solid stainless-steel rail around the entire boat ensures safety for all passengers when moving about the deck spaces.

A very popular mid-range Flybridge, the Manhattan 60 provides astonishing speed and generous living space in a craft that family and friends can operate comfortably on their own. This one is powered by the very popular MAN V8 Diesel shaft driven engines, and it has a 2022 bow thruster plus an enormous 2024 stern thruster for ease of docking and stress-free manoeuvring. There is even a remote Yachtmaster controller from 2025 that can be used to drive the boat from anywhere onboard or even the dock! A recent upgrade to Lithium house battery bank and extensive solar panels ensures she can stay on anchor with no need for shore power at all. There is of course an enormous Kohler diesel generator to run the entire boat including the 6 air conditioning systems if required.

The main deck as you enter from the transom and up a few steps features a comfortable large salon area with huge flat screen (concealed when not in use) TV and quality sound system. On this level is the lower helm station with guest seating right next to the skipper and alongside the galley area. The main galley is on the same level but down a few steps, which makes the main deck the perfect space for entertaining, and officially welcomes six guests in three well-appointed and spread out cabins. There are lounges and other areas throughout the boat that can easily accommodate many more when needed. She features a full-beam master stateroom with large island bed and ensuite. A forward guest VIP cabin with large ensuite and also a twin-bunk cabin. Another bathroom is alongside the twin bunk room and conveniently located for general guest use. A dedicated chilled wine rack, as new stainless steel BBQ on a rail mount and washing machine are some of the luxury additions to make this motor cruiser feel more like a floating apartment.

The Manhattan 60 features an exceptional Mediterranean style flybridge which is accessed via the teak laid stairwell from the aft seating area on the main level. Covered by a large canvas Bimini over the very open lounge area up on the bridge, add a sunpad and alfresco dining which is sure to be a highlight for all guests. In addition, she also has a lovely aft cockpit, completely undercover that is perfect for alfresco dining or lounging around in any weather.

The engine room is incredibly neat and tidy and able to be walked around in, with easy access to all major parts requiring servicing. A large Utility room/garage is enclosed out back where all the tools and toys live out of the way.

Her blue water performance is commendable and will see 30 knots at WOT and a cruising speed of 23 knots.
