The Bavaria 40 is renowned for its solid German craftsmanship, spacious interior layout, and proven offshore performance-making it a top choice for cruisers seeking both comfort and capability in a manageable size. With a balanced sail plan, generous volume, and a robust hull, the Bavaria 40 is equally suited to ocean crossings or anchoring in remote bays.

Designed with liveaboard comfort in mind, Azura features a highly practical and spacious layout. She boasts three staterooms all with double berths with the main forward berth offering its owner ensuite. Headroom throughout the interior is 1.95m (6'4"), making the space feel open and comfortable. She is also equipped with two heads and showers, providing ample convenience for long passages or hosting guests.

Outside, the cockpit is well laid out and easy for shorthanded sailing. Complete with the autopilot, furling headsail, mainsail in the boom bag with lazy jacks. The cockpit is very well protected with the spray dodger and bimini. The wide side decks make it easy to move around the vessel.

This truly magnificent production cruising yacht has been well maintained by its current owner, she is in a very good seaworthy condition.

The vessel is in current AMSA survey (domestic commercial vessel) as it was previously used in Queensland for yacht charters.
