Sheffield Star is an exceptional Bavaria 40 from 2001 set up for extended cruising and comfort. She has the 2 cabin layout with a larger fwd v berth and 2 seperate heads with showers. The cockpit is fully enclosed from the elements with all lines led back, cockpit cushions, gas BBQ, full suite of modern Raymarine instruments including autopilot. On top of the stainless steel work in the cockpit is a large array of solar panels. The standing rigging was replaced in 2017 from "pin to pin" the saildrive was replaced in 2017 and none of the sails are older than 2017
Down below the timberwork and upholstery are in excellent condition, the bilges are dry and the keel bolts are gleaming stainless like new.
Sheffield Star comes complete with a liferaft, Epirb, AIS, Hard Bottom inflatable rib and a Mercury 9.9 HP outboard. Low engine hours ( 1800) on a fully serviced 50HP Volvo Penta Diesel engine.
