The Bruce Farr designed "First" series are considered the world over as being the benchmark for production cruiser/racers. The First 40.7 is the most popular of sizes being easily managed single or double handed and a capable offshore racer. Blue Chip has the full suite of B&G instrumentation, AIS and a new Raymarine Axiom plotter, the rigging is only 5 years old and she had a new engine in 2016 having done only 200 hours. The interior has been completely re upholstered in the highest quality yachting fabric and she looks fasntastic. The headsail is new, the main is spectra weave and in excellent condition, a stackpack and excellent full dodger complete the picture. Blue Chip would benefit greatly from a topside polish or re-spray after which she would be close to looking like a new boat. There are always a few 40.7's on the market however most require re-rigging and have high engine hours and are priced higher than Blue Chip so I suggest looking at her quickly as she wont last long.
