'Suzie-Q IV' is a 1999 Beneteau Oceanis 361, listed exclusively with YOTI on Pittwater, Sydney.

The current owner has cared for this yacht for close to 20 years, and it shows in every detail. Lightly used for weekend cruising around the harbour with the family, she has been maintained to a high standard, with the woodwork below decks presenting exceptionally well.

This is the 2-cabin version with 1 shower/head, offering a practical and comfortable layout below, while the deck is spacious and functional. Deep cockpit lockers provide excellent storage for cruising gear, making her ideal for both harbour and coastal adventures.

Designed by Berret-Racoupeau, the Oceanis 361 was one of Beneteau's most successful models of the late 1990s and early 2000s. She combines the comfort of a larger cruising yacht with manageable handling for couples or short-handed sailing. The the headsail was replaced in 2013 and the mainsail, lightly used, remains original.
