Beneteau Oceanis 45

The Beneteau Oceanis 45 is a popular cruising yacht with a generous 3-cabin twin head layout and expansive cockpit ideal for entertaining. "Irish Mist" is an excellent example that has been lightly used and extremely well maintained.

The cockpit is particularly roomy, and that is without the large swim platform which lowers electrically to create even more room for entertaining and enjoying any anchorage. Stepping down below the L-shaped galley is to port with a bench seat forward of it and U-shaped dinette opposite to starboard with a pedestal seat on the outboard side. The day head is to starboard aft of the dinette. Two symmetric guest cabins are aft on either side of the companionway, while the owner's cabin is forward with an island style double and ensuite. The interior is light and modern with a great feeling of space and an inviting place to spend time relaxing or entertaining.
