"HIGHLAND DANCER" is a well-loved and well-maintained Lightwave 38 sailing catamaran, launched in March 2006 and lying on Sydney Harbour. Designed and built in Australia by Lightwave Yachts, she features full foam composite construction throughout (hull, deck, bulkheads and furniture) with a fully moulded gelcoat finish and toughened glass windows.

The standard 3-cabin layout includes a full household-size master shower, large entertainment centre with mirrored liquor cabinet and navigation cupboard, and a long list of personalised owner touches such as extra cupboards, hand rails, timber fiddles and shelves. Interior timber has been upgraded to solid American cherry with a Da-Vinci timber-look sole, and the saloon lounge upgraded to leather. Saloon escape hatch in the sole.

INCLUDED IN SALE: New antifoul applied at survey slipping; new fabric upholstery in saloon by Lightwaves upholsterer (fabric colour to be chosen by purchaser); items remaining on board at inspection.
