Norseman 400

Built tough in South Africa especially for ocean conditions, the Norseman 400 is a good blend of performance sailing and comfortable reliability and comes from the design stable of Alex Simonis.

She has a beam of 7.5 metres, a draft of one metre and features mini keels to allow for beaching and access to shallow waters.

"Boleh Bah" presents in very clean condition and has been extremely well-maintained by her liveaboard owner who is a retired marine surveyor and boat-builder. He is only the second owner. The first owners circumnavigted the globe.

The hull and deck were repainted with polyurethane paint and new antifouling both in 2026.

Rigging and turnbuckles were changed in 2019 with Dyform SS rigging.

The layout features a generous and airy main saloon with kitchen "up", and 4 double berth cabins, one of which as been modified as a workshop cabin. Storage space is generous throughout the vessel and the cockpit has a hard bimini top offering shade and comfort as well as a housing for the solar array.

Boleh Bah can continue cruising tomorrow as she is well-equipped with all the goodies for serious go-anywhere cruising and comes with a very generous spare parts list.
