Lagoon 380

2011 Lagoon 380 S2 Owners Version
The Lagoon 380 has earned its reputation as one of the world's most successful cruising catamarans, offering an outstanding balance of comfort, practicality, and manageable sailing performance. This 2011 Owners Version is a well cared for example that has been thoughtfully upgraded for coastal cruising, extended holidays, and life afloat.
Designed with owner comfort in mind, the three cabin layout dedicates the entire port hull to a spacious owner's retreat, complete with a large island berth, ample storage, and a private ensuite. To starboard, two comfortable guest cabins are serviced by a shared bathroom, making the boat equally suited to family adventures or cruising with friends.
The saloon and galley are bright and welcoming, with panoramic windows providing excellent visibility and natural light. Large sliding doors create a seamless connection to the cockpit, extending the living space and making entertaining onboard effortless.
Recent upgrades have focused on reliability and self sufficiency, including a lithium battery system, substantial solar capacity, renewed running rigging, a new tender, and upgraded TruDesign seacocks. Combined with generous freshwater capacity, these improvements make the vessel well equipped for extended time away from the dock.
Under sail, the Lagoon 380 remains one of the easiest catamarans in its class to handle. The balanced rig and manageable sail plan make short handed sailing straightforward, while the stable platform inspires confidence for both experienced sailors and those new to multihulls.
Having been in the care of her original owners from new until 2024, the vessel benefits from an extensive maintenance history and detailed records spanning her life. Whether you're looking for a comfortable Gulf cruiser, a capable coastal passagemaker, or an affordable entry into catamaran ownership, this Lagoon 380 S2 presents an excellent opportunity.

Electrics
The vessel features an upgraded electrical system centred around a 200Ah Enertec Juice lithium house battery bank, installed in 2020 and supported by a modern charging setup. Charging is managed via a Wakespeed alternator to battery smart charger and a Cristec 40A shore power battery charger, ensuring efficient energy management both underway and at the dock. Engine starting is handled by two 80Ah AGM batteries, while a recently upgraded solar system has been designed to support a significantly larger battery capacity of up to 600Ah, providing excellent scope for extended off grid cruising.
Electronics
The vessel is equipped with a proven Raymarine navigation suite, centred around a Raymarine E120W chartplotter with GPS and chart card. Navigation and sailing data are displayed through the Raymarine ST70 system, incorporating depth sounder, wind instruments, and autopilot functions. A Raymarine Digital HD radar provides enhanced situational awareness and reliable target tracking, delivering a capable and user friendly electronics package for coastal cruising and offshore passages alike.
Sail Inventory
The sail inventory includes the original Lagoon square top mainsail, reported in good condition, with three reefing points and a single line reefing system for easy sail handling. The headsail is fitted with a UV protective cover that was renewed in 2016, providing a practical and well maintained sail package for cruising.
Mast / Rigging
The vessel is fitted with a standard aluminium sloop rig with stainless steel wire standing rigging. A full rig and sail survey completed in December 2025 reported the rig in good condition. Most running rigging was replaced in 2025, along with new lazy jacks, reflecting ongoing maintenance and care.
